Certificate of Movements: When applying for a Schengen visa for the first time

Some embassies such as Austria, Greece, Germany, Spain, and Italy may request the submission of a Certificate of Movements.
To obtain a Certificate of Movements for the last 7 years, you need to apply to the Passport and Immigration Authority at the Police Academy in Abbasia, Cairo.
You should provide a copy of your current passport and your national ID card. The processing time is typically one to ten days.
The Certificate of Movements is to be submitted to the destination country.

Documents required for business owners:

The commercial register translated into English.
The tax card translated into English.
The latest company balance sheet signed and stamped by the legal auditor (to confirm the existence and operation of the company).
In some cases, the embassy may request the latest tax notification that you have paid to the tax authority to confirm the company's existence and operation.

You can submit more than one bank statement. If you have a credit card statement that shows frequent transactions, it can serve as proof of your financial capability.
However, if there is little activity, it's best not to submit it.
