A letter from the educational authority in the case of students, which must include the following information:

Documents submitted must be written in either English or Welsh, or translated into English or Welsh. Translated documents should be independently verified by the Ministry of Interior. Translations must contain the following:

  1. An acknowledgment from the translator of the accuracy of the documents.
  2. Translation history.
  3. The translator's full name and signature.
  4. Contact information for the translator.

Minor applicants must submit the following:

  • Legal documents that prove the relationship between the applicant and at least one of his or her parents or legal guardian, such as adoption papers or birth certificates.
