Account Statement
Financial documents that indicate that the applicant has sufficient financial resources such as:
- An account statement for the last 6 months with a withdrawal and deposit movement stamped by the bank on each page, and it must be a recent extract that has not been more than a week old.
- Bank statements.
For Employees
A letter from the employer containing the following information:
- Written on the company's official letterhead.
- Shows details of the applicant's position in the company.
- It mentions the salary received by the applicant and the duration of his work.
for Business Men
- Commercial registration documents for companies or invoices for self-employed applicants.
- Previous travel documents or passports in addition to previous travel history.
- Financial documents indicating that the applicant has sufficient financial resources
For Students and Pensioners
A letter from the educational authority in the case of students, which must include the following information:
- Written on official paper bearing the logo of the educational institution.
- It explains the details of the student’s enrollment in the institution and the leave during which he is authorized to be absent.
For pensioners:
- Bring a pension certificate stating this
Documents submitted must be written in either English or Welsh, or translated into English or Welsh. Translated documents should be independently verified by the Ministry of Interior. Translations must contain the following:
- An acknowledgment from the translator of the accuracy of the documents.
- Translation history.
- The translator's full name and signature.
- Contact information for the translator.
Minor applicants must submit the following:
- Legal documents that prove the relationship between the applicant and at least one of his or her parents or legal guardian, such as adoption papers or birth certificates.
- A copy of the photo page of the passport of at least one parent or legal guardian.
- If the minor's parent or legal guardian does not have a passport, then another official document must be presented with his or her signature.
- Minor applicants who are not traveling with their parents or guardians must provide the following:
A letter signed by the parent or legal guardian confirming the minor's travel arrangements, including:
- The approval of the minor’s guardian or guardian for the minor to travel to Britain.
- The passport number of the adult accompanying the minor on travel.
- The name of the person who will be responsible for the minor while he or she is in Britain.
- How to travel to Britain.
