- The roundtrip ticket is an open return ticket, which is valid for use within one month from the booked date. Customers with a round-trip ticket should retain their original to guarantee the return journey
- The train operates daily from 4:15 AM to 12:37 AM every 20 minutes, traveling at a speed of around 300 km an hour
- Pets are allowed on board as long as they are in cages of appropriate sizes and do not bother other passengers. Blind and deaf people can travel with their guide dogs
